Awards: This year continues to be a great one for Tsarine Rosé champagne!
The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2020 (CSWWC) have just awarded a gold medal to Tsarine Rosé.
This international sparkling-wine competition — the world's most complete, most rigorous and most highly respected — is now in its sixth year. It's a true world championship in which 1,000 wines from 30 countries were in competition this year.
The jury tastings are done fully blind, in glasses only, with the bottles — which are masked — not even shown. In addition, the gold-medal winning wines are tested a second time against each other.
The CSWWC Gold Medal is yet another award for Isabelle Tellier, Chef de Cave of the House of Chanoine Frères and creator of Tsarine Rosé.
This has decidedly been a magnificent year for Tsarine Rosé, which also won distinctions at the 2020 Concours mondial de Bruxelles in September after winning a double gold medal at the Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Award at the start of 2020.
Also note that the 2021 edition of the Hachette Wine Guide has given a new star to Tsarine Rosé.
