In the 75-cl bottle or the 150-cl magnum, Tsarine Brut Premium should ideally be enjoyed between 8°C and 10°C, throughout the meal.

Isabelle commented on her choices of food-champagne pairings for Cuvée Premium:

“— For the starter, I wanted something light and fresh, and came up with crab set off with a touch of orange. The seafood blanquette can be done with salmon or haddock steaks, scallops, and shrimp with a light béchamel based on fish stock. For dessert, a Bavarois cake with fruit — a light gourmet treat that melts in your mouth.

Tsarine Premium was the first Tsarine cuvée created by the House of Chanoine Frères, and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in the coming year.


Tsarine’s Premium cuvée is recognized in the champagne world, and has won more awards this year, in France and internationally.

In France, the 2023 Hachette Wine Guide — the reference for wine lovers for over 30 years — awarded Tsarine Premium two stars this September, designating a “remarkable” wine.

Internationally, Tsarine Cuvée Premium has won three gold medals this year:


- at the international Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards

- at the worldwide Berlin Wine Trophyin Germany

- at the Mundus Vini competition in Germany.
