Tsarine Blanc de Blancs: Delicacy and freshness shine forth
Isabelle Tellier blends Tsarine Blanc de Blancs from the best Grand Cru chardonnays from the famous Côte des Blancs south of Épernay. The bottle, made of very dark glass, was eco-designed to ensure protection of the organoleptic qualities of this refined and delicate champagne, aged five years in the House’s cellars in Reims.
Pale gold in color and with a fine, delicate effervescence, the highly precise nose gives way to lively, silky flavors of pineapple and candied citrus on the palate, finishing with mineral notes typical of the Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs.
