To me, champagne means first of all giving pleasure to people you’re fond of.

Isabelle Tellier, a Chef de Cave who is fascinated by wine-and-food pairings, likes to go into the kitchen in search of new and delicious associations of foods with the cuvées she creates for the House. In this last film she tells us about a few of her favorite pairings with Tsarine Rosé, Tsarine Cuvée Orium and Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée Brut.

The series Isabelle's Champagnes was launched in October to celebrate her 20 years as Chef de Cave. The films in the series will be featured through early January on the House's blog, on the LinkedIn and Facebook networks, and also on the Chanoine Frères YouTube channel — to which you can subscribe to be sure not to miss any of the episodes— and the Chanoine Frères Web site.
