Reims, November 2021
For the holidays, each bottle of the four Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée champagnes comes with a complimentary metal ice bucket, ideal for chilling your champagne and keeping it at the right temperature.
The elegant and practical buckets are part of a limited edition for 2021 available now at finer stores.
These Réserve Privée cuvées are champagnes for champagne drinkers — wines that are carefully constructed and rich in tastes. They are created and blended by Isabelle Tellier, the House’s Chef de Cave. Isabelle talks about her philosophy, her choices of grape varieties, of crus, and how she blends these wines in a recent video (1’09”).
Champagne enthusiasts appreciate their temperament, rooted in the terroir and expressing the typical characteristics of each grape variety. They also speak highly of the wealth of fruit notes they proffer:
Réserve Privée Brut (tasting notes) is a champagne of character with a rich, well structured palate and notes of fruit. It was once again awarded astar in the Hachette Wine Guide for 2022. Savour it ideally at between 8° and 10°C.
Réserve Privée Brut Rosé is a balanced wine, creamy on the palate, robust and with notes of red fruits, to be enjoyed at between 8° and 10°C.
The vintage Réserve Privée Brut Millésime 2015 is a lively and distinguished wine aged five years in our cellars, to be drunk at between 10°and 12°C.
Réserve Privée Brut 100% Chardonnay is a Blanc de Blancs champagne with precision and elegance; the ideal tasting temperature is between 10° and 12°C.
