An Easter Menu for Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée Brut

Reims, April 2021

Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée Brut, a champagne of character

The Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée Brut cuvée is a wine of character with a rich and well structured palate featuring fruit notes. The blend gives expression to the typical qualities of the Champagne grape varieties — Pinot Noir dominates (70%), followed by Chardonnay (20%) and Meunier (10%). Devotees will appreciate its temperament, rooted in the terroir.

With its fine bubbles and luminous gold color, this wine offers a palate that perfectly balances liveliness and roundness, underscored by luscious flavors of figs and raisins.

Réserve Privée Brut was awarded distinctions by the 2020 Hachette Wine Guide.
