Missions
Under the responsibility of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager, you will participate in the following missions:
Guarantee food safety on a day-to-day basis and manage incidents and anomalies
Guarantee adherence to procedures and compliance
Manage the conducting of audits and internal inspections for all production units
Draw up reports on results and monitor implementation of corrective actions
Manage indicators and keep regular scorecards
Conduct on-the-ground monitoring, provide awareness raising and training for the teams and conduct a continuous improvement process for health and safety and quality
Lead HACCP training sessions and participate in monitoring and updating of documentation systems
Write reports and minutes
Analyze and monitor environmental emissions
Profile
With training of at least two to three years beyond Baccalauréat level or equivalent in the field of agri-food quality, ideally you should have at least two years’ experience in the agri-food industries. Applications from beginners will be considered.
You should be thoroughly familiar with HACCP and ideally have a qualification in internal auditing. You should have knowledge of the BRC standards.
You should be rigorous and have a strong sense of work well done. You need strong listening ability, a strong sense of analysis, and a critical sense. You should have an instructional bent and very good interpersonal skills.

Missions
Under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager, you will participate in the following missions:
Accompany the development and the innovation of the House of Chanoine Frères for its Chanoine and Tsarine product lines
Participate in the creative process for packaging items, in the providers’ brief, and in managing dealings with providers, from design to delivery
Participate in brand management, sales forecasting, and Nielsen reporting
Assist in authoring print materials needed by the sales force (France and Export) and the communication teams
Keep the digital media for the sales force up to date
Monitor budget, stocks, re-supplies, and use
Be responsible for marketing and competitive intelligence of markets and distribution circuits
Participate in preparing for events and trade shows
Profile
With training of at least two to three years beyond Baccalauréat level or equivalent in the field of marketing, ideally you should have at least two years’ experience in the agrifood industries. Applications from beginners will nevertheless be considered.
You should have a good command of the French language and writing skills and be able to speak English. You should also have good analytical and interpretative abilities.
You should be autonomous, well organized, and curious and be able to originate ideas, manage projects, react, and anticipate solutions. You also need interpersonal skills in order to work with both internal and external partners.
