Tsarine Rosé Inspires Saint Valentine’s Day

Reims, February 2022

Isabelle Tellier’s Valentine’s Day menu

It's time to put on your aprons and concoct a delicious candlelight supper to savour while holding hands and exchanging loving glances!

Isabelle Tellier, Chef de Cave and creator of the cuvée, has designed a special Valentine’s Day menu to accompany Tsarine Rosé. It’s a seasonal seafood menu that is light, delicate and subtle, in the appropriate colours.

As the main course, Isabelle suggests Skrei — Atlantic or Norway cod — a magnificent winter fish from the Arctic Ocean, whose delicate, exceptionally white flesh marries delightfully with the remarkable freshness of Tsarine Rosé.

Starter

Scampi oufflé

Main course

Skrei steak with citrus butter, carrot purée

Dessert

Raspberry dome cake

For dessert, a raspberry dome cake harmonizes ideally with the red-fruit flavours of Tsarine Rosé.

Throughout the meal, Tsarine Rosé should be enjoyed at between 8°and 10°C.

Tsarine Rosé: The Secrets of a Success

In the film in the series Les Champagnes d’Isabelle devoted to Tsarine’s Rosé cuvée (length 1’12”), Isabelle explains how she blends this champagne and the reasons for its success.

Tsarine Rosé has won 48 awards and distinctions in France and internationally since its launch in 2003. Recently Tsarine Rosé has received:

● a Gold Medal in the concours ELLE à table in June;

● a Gold Medal in the international Berlin Wine Trophy in Germany;

● a star in the 2021 Hachette Wine Guide.
