Kilian and Benjamin joined the team at Chanoine Frères this year. They both apply their skills to the last stages of champagne making on the House’s production lines.
They have carefully learned all the technical maneuvers. While Benjamin — who loves anything mechanical, and motorcycles in particular — handles the controls of a new high-speed labeling machine, Kilian keeps a close eye on the lines, ready and able to go to work when and where he’s needed.
Their portraits have just been added to the Our People gallery, where you can go to learn about the different talents and trades that contribute to making and ensuring the quality of Chanoine Frères 1730 champagnes.
Kilian and Benjamin were caught by the camera as they went about their work in the vat-room on the Allée du Vignoble in Reims, in the House’s cellars. The Our People portrait gallery can be viewed on the site under the heading “Quality and Innovation”.
