Holiday Meals Around Champagne With Chanoine Héritage

Reims, December 2020

Champagne is not just for the appetizer or dessert course! In fact it's the ideal accompaniment to a holiday meal, from start to finish... especially if the food-and-wine pairings are chosen to be in harmony with Christmas and New Year's cuisine.

For your family meals around a beautifully set table, here are two Chanoine Héritage menus designed to ideally accompany the Brut and Blanc de Noirs cuvées. Isabelle Tellier, Chef de Cave of the House of Chanoine and a lover of fine cuisine, has composed them especially for your Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve holiday meals.
