In September, Grégoire Schmitt became the new brand ambassador of the House of Chanoine Frères in the USA.
Grégoire reports to Thibault Marronnier, head of the North America zone, and is in charge of events and promotion for Tsarine and Chanoine champagnes in the sales outlets of the Total Wine & More chain, a historical partner of Chanoine Frères in the USA.
Grégoire’s task is to increase consumers’ knowledge of the Tsarine Premium Brut, Rosé Brut, Orium Extra-Brut, and Tsarine Blanc de Blancs champagnes, as well as the cuvées de prestige Tsarine Millésime 2008, Tsarine by Adriana and Tzarina, in the 227 stores in the Total Wine & More network.
A graduate of a French business school with a major in export management, Grégoire knows the wine-and-spirits world very well. The young and highly motivated ambassador organizes master classes and tasting sessions in the stores and also for the local Total Wine & More teams, as well as for US consumers who want to know more about the House’s champagnes.
Based in Washington DC, Grégoire has planned an intensive period of travel throughout the USA in November and December in preparation for upcoming Tsarine and Chanoine launches and for the end-of-year holidays.
