On Valentine’s Day, raise a toast to Love and see life through… rosé-colored glasses!
There’s nothing like a lovely bottle of rosé champagne to accompany that special dinner together.
Isabelle Tellier, Head Wine-Maker of the House of Chanoine Frères, has composed two menus in the colors of Saint Valentine to perfectly accompany the House’s two rosé champagnes: Tsarine brut rosé and Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée brut rosé. Serve at between 8 and 10°C, the ideal tasting temperature.
Tsarine Brut Rosé
Tsarine Brut Rosé is a champagne with a ruby-rose color, delicate effervescence, and aromatic swirls of red-fruit notes, with a long finish and a pleasing tartness that is remarkably refreshing.

Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée Brut Rosé
Chanoine Frères Réserve Privée Brut Rosé is an expressive wine with fine bubbles, a creamy mouthfeel of delicate intensity, and notes of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants.
