Reims, August 2022
This summer, the famous pastry chef Kirsten Tibballs celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School, which she founded in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The celebration was accompanied by cascades of the fine bubbles of Tsarine Cuvée Premium champagne. Tsarine is happy to have been a partner in the event, which was attended by a host of gourmets and elicited many testimonials of friendship and admiration from pastry chefs around the world.
Kirsten is a highly talented woman, enterprising and dynamic, a veritable ambassadress of gourmandise who is often referred to as “the Queen of Chocolate.” She is a star of the culinary and gourmet world, not only in Australia but internationally.
Kirsten is the author of several acclaimed books on chocolate and pastry and takes part in many television shows such as MasterChef Australia and on several specialized channels.
The prestige and influence of her school extend well beyond the Asia-Pacific region, and her classes and recipes are highly popular online around the world and on the social networks. Kirsten will be a judge in the Salon Mondial du Chocolat event to be held in late October in Paris.
